Decorating located between Biscuit Warehose and RAM Press.

The roof of this building is double lined asbestos cement 

During works to create a breakout/rest ara on the first floor area of this building to the canal side (adjacent to the RAM Press building, asbestos was discovered on the perimeter wall above the ceiling. This asbestos panellng was removed to allow works to proceed however it is strongly presumed to be present in areas where works have not identified it.

CAUTION: any works that potetnially disturb the fabric of this building, including perimeter walls MUST FIRST have a higher level (Refurbishment) Survey carried out in advance.
